This is a collection of some of my favorite frames from weddings, specifically curated to emphasize my aesthetic style: colorful, journalistic, and painterly.

I've chosen different photos from every piece of the wedding day, from getting ready to the reception. My couple's galleries are full of candids and human moments, with an artistic flair that blends juxtaposition and fine art portraiture. 

You may notice much of my work has a little je ne sais quoi you don't see elsewhere. This comes largely from my pursuit of film as a medium to produce a unique, immutable aesthetic. While film can look a million different ways, I've chiseled my look from the slab that is film. 

I'm a photographer with a "relaxed" approach. This means I don't pull my subjects out of their moments by over-styling my scenes, which is how I maintain my work's natural look. Even when posing my couples, I specifically use poses that elicit natural, candid moments. I do always remember to grab a fridge photo for Mom, though.

My couples can relax and focus on being present, which lets me do what I do best and results in the tender, joyful, and human moments you see above. My ideal couples value my gentle, professional approach. That being said, my personality is certainly still that of an eccentric artist.
